We've been busy across the Dallas Metroplex - and these jobs are a good snapshot of what we do. Framing, pergola work, roofing. All different scopes, all held to the same standard.
The framing work you're seeing here involves ZIP System sheathing - a structural panel with a built-in water-resistive barrier that outperforms traditional house wrap in most conditions. It's the kind of material choice that you won't see once the exterior cladding goes on, but you'll feel it in how well the structure holds up over time. We use it because it's the right call, not because it's the cheapest option.
The pergola framing is clean, level, and properly supported. Fresh lumber, solid post placement, and rafter cuts that are consistent all the way across. A pergola that isn't built right will show it within a year or two - warping, pulling away from the house, sagging in the middle. We frame ours to last.
On the roofing side, we're laying Grip-Rite synthetic underlayment before shingles go down. That underlayment is your first real line of defense against water intrusion. It's a step a lot of crews rush through. We don't. Every overlap, every nail line - it matters.
We're a local, family-owned, insured company based right here in the DFW area. We believe in doing the job right the first time, whether that's a roof replacement, exterior framing, or a pergola your family will actually use for years.
